Diaper is a type of innerwear that allows
baby to defecate or urinate,
without the use of a toilet.
Change it whenever it is full or looks like a boul.
Failure to change may arise skin problem or rashes on the skin of your baby.

Feeding a Baby

1.  Birth to 4 Months
Feed only breast milk upto 4 Months. Avoid solid food.

2.  Birth 4 Months to 8 Months
Mashed Food - sweet potatoes, banana, apple and breast milk between 4 to 6 months. Avoid solid food.

3.  Birth 8 Months to 12 Months
  Finger Food, Mashed Food, Egg, Breast Milk between 8 to 12 Months.

Baby Exercise

Healthy Baby is Active and Smarter One

1.  Gentle Touch to hands and Toes of the Baby.

2.  Don't force infant baby to sit or stand.

3.  Regular gentle touch on legs and arms

4.  Use toys (recommended as per age) to play or exercise.

Changing Diaper

Clean place, cloth and diaper is first to fight with germs

1.  Wash Your Hands
2.  Get new diaper
3.  Get Wet wipes
4.  A Piece of Clean cloth
5.  Remove Old diaper
6.  Baby powder
7.  Change diaper
8.  Dustbin old diaper
9.  Wash Your Hands properly
